TERMS & CONDITIONS: Music Hall shows are presented by Broadway Across America; Kauffman Center shows are presented by The American Theatre Guild. Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the Broadway in Kansas City offer details on this page. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS: Health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances; you will be notified of any protocols in advance of your performance. All ticket holders are required to comply.

WAITLIST: Joining the waitlist for notification about 2024/2025 season tickets going on sale does not guarantee access to purchase a season subscription package.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All subscribers will be automatically renewed each year using the same credit card and same payment schedule (single payment vs. payment plan) chosen for the previous season. More information to follow via email prior to the 2025/2026 season announcement. Please make sure the email address on file is up to date.

RENEWAL DEADLINE: If we are unable to automatically renew your season tickets for the 2024/2025 Season, you must log in to your Broadway account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 11:59 pm on March 22, 2024 to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard season subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by March 22, 2024 and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription package will be offered.

SWAPS AND EXCHANGES: Limit 1 swap per season package. Swaps are subject to availability.  Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the show and are subject to availability at the time of the exchange. Some restrictions may apply. Touring companies may limit the number of swaps/exchanges. No refunds or credit if you swap/exchange into a less expensive performance or section. The difference in price must be paid if swapping/exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location. Swaps and Exchanges are available during the Season Member Presale. We recommend you swap early, as show producers may apply limitations to the quantity or timeline of swap availability . Upgrade charges may apply. Tickets are subject to additional fees..

PACKAGE TOTAL: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of the tickets included in the package (inclusive of applicable season member discounts), $65.50 in processing fees, $28.50 in facility fees, and 10.975% sales tax per seat for the 4-Show package. Donor Circle subscription price includes a $25 donation to Staging The Future. All seating is subject to availability. Dates, shows, artists and times are subject to change due to the nature of touring productions.
