HEALTH & SAFETY

Health and safety protocols may be in effect for PNC Broadway In Kansas City performances. Updates will be sent to ticket holders before each event or posted at the Kansas City Convention Center website or the Kauffman Center website. Ticket holders are required to comply with any protocols in effect at the time of their visit.

ALL SUBSCRIBERS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED INTO THE 2024-25 SEASON AND BEYOND RISK-FREE.

A valid email address and credit card are required. If you decide you do not want to renew for any reason, your credit card will not be charged if you contact us prior to the date listed in your 2024-25 season announcement email. After that date, you'll be able to receive a full refund if your cancellation request is received within 30 days of the 2024-25 season announcement date.

In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.

If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.
