I grant the Staging the Future Program and the American Theatre Guild the right to publish, print, photograph, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce my voice, appearance, opinions, statements, or testimonials of engagement with these organizations and/or media publications (“Content”) including; but not limited to newsletters, biographical information, social media, photographic flyers, company and affiliated websites, video ads, publicized promotions and various marketing initiatives.

I understand that this permits the Staging the Future Program and the American Theatre Guild to use the Content in various print or electronic mediums such as, but not limited to publicity, illustration and advertising. I also understand that this permits the Staging the Future Program and the American Theatre Guild to interpolate any and all other audio, visual, musical, and other effects with the Content. I further understand that I will receive no compensation for this release.

I understand and agree that I will not have an opportunity to review the final products before they are published or distributed. I waive any right to inspect and/or approve any finished product(s) containing any Content. I consent, that I will not make any claims against the Staging the Future Program and the American Theatre Guild company, employees and/or representatives for the use of the Content.

I acknowledge that my participation in the photo and video portions of the event is completely voluntary, as is my consent to this release.

All Content will only be used on behalf of the Staging the Future program. Staging the Future and the American Theatre Guild will not sell your Content to any 3rd party providers. Group leaders will be notified if your Content is selected to be used on the website.

This release is binding on me and my heirs, assigns and personal representatives.
