1SWAPS AND EXCHANGES: Limit one swap per season ticket. Swaps may be limited after priority swap period. Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the show and are subject to availability at the time of the exchange. Some restrictions may apply. Touring companies may limit the number of swaps/exchanges. No refunds if you swap/exchange into a less expensive performance or section. The difference in price must be paid if swapping/exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location. Tickets are subject to additional fees. A $2 per ticket fee applies for all swap/exchange transactions. Swaps are available later this summer. We recommend you swap soon after you receive your tickets, as a limited number of swaps may be permitted per show. Upgrade charges may apply.

PARKING
Season Members still enjoy free parking at 311 W Monroe Street, Phoenix, AZ 85003. Enter the garage from Monroe, west of 3rd Ave (between 3 and 4 Ave) and the south side of Monroe. You must bring your parking pass to be granted access. Please contact us at 800.776.7469 if you have lost your parking pass for a particular show.
Season Members receive 4 parking passes valid at any 4 shows, including season add-ons. Parking passes are show specific and will be provided for the season add-on if you have purchased tickets to an add-on performance.
Please note: there are elevators in the parking garage located in the garage near Adams St.
If you would like someone to escort you to the theater or to your car before or after the show, you may call the Downtown Phoenix Ambassadors. They operate until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday evenings, and until 10 p.m. on Sunday evenings. To request an escort, simply call 602.495.1500.
